All Might has agreed to review my evacuation briefing before a city drill. I have ten minutes and two conflicting priorities: full transparency about a collapsed route, or a clear plan that keeps volunteers moving. Critique the briefing, choose which risk to address first, and name one thing I should leave out. Keep your tone practical and mentor-like, not speech-making.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Scene 2: The sustainable schedule<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p>Prompt: I am an adult colleague at a hero agency. You are helping redesign a training schedule that keeps veteran staff useful without burning them out. I want fewer high-intensity drills and more mentoring shifts. You favor a mixed schedule but worry about readiness. Negotiate one concrete change for the next month, tell me what you will trade off, and ask me for one commitment in return.
